Clear terms, no surprises.

By purchasing Onyx Pro, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for the duration of your selected plan (7 days, 14 days, 30 days, or lifetime). This license is granted to you as an individual - it cannot be shared, resold, or transferred to another person or organization.

You may install and use Onyx Pro on any devices you personally own or control for the duration of your active license. You may use it for personal projects, professional work, and commercial development. There is no restriction on the type of work you produce using Onyx Pro.

You may not redistribute, sublicense, resell, or share Onyx Pro with others. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code. You may not use Onyx Pro to build a competing product or service.

All purchases are one-time, non-recurring payments processed securely via Stripe. There are no automatic renewals or subscriptions. Duration-based plans (7, 14, and 30 days) must be repurchased when they expire if you wish to continue using Onyx Pro. Lifetime plans are purchased once and do not require renewal.

The Windsurf addon is an optional add-on available during checkout for an additional $5. It provides advanced workflow features for Windsurf IDE and is independent of your base plan selection. The addon follows the same license terms as your base plan.

During promotional periods, free trial access may be granted via Discord role verification. Free trial access is subject to the same license terms as paid plans. Trial access is non-transferable and expires at the end of the promotional period. No payment is required for trial access.

All plans include access to updates for the duration of your license. Lifetime plan holders receive all future updates at no additional cost. Support is provided via Discord on a best-effort basis. We aim to respond to all support requests within 24 hours.

Duration-based plans (7, 14, and 30 day) expire at the end of their term. Access to the software will be disabled upon expiry. Lifetime licenses do not expire. No refunds are issued for unused time on expired duration plans.

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Duration-based plans are one-time purchases with no refunds for unused time. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchased plan, contact us via Discord or email within 7 days of purchase for assistance. Refunds due to our error will be issued in full.

We reserve the right to revoke licenses that violate these terms. In the event of revocation due to a violation, no refund will be issued. Revocation due to our error will be accompanied by a full refund.

Onyx Pro is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about uptime, compatibility with future IDE versions, or fitness for a particular purpose. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility with supported IDEs.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your Onyx Pro plan. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in our Discord server. Continued use of Onyx Pro after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
