Software you own.

Onyx Pro grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use this software on devices you own or control, subject to the terms of this agreement.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or transfer the software or your rights under this agreement. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code of the software.

Onyx Pro retains all intellectual property rights in the software. This agreement does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of Onyx Pro.

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the software in your possession.

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Onyx Pro disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

This agreement shall be governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved in accordance with applicable jurisdiction.
